This website does not collect personal data from visitors. There are no contact forms that store data, no web analytics tools, no tracking pixels, and no third-party advertising. No information about who visits the page is stored anywhere.
The Espectral community operates primarily through the Discord platform and Minecraft servers. Any data that may exist about community members (for example, usernames, messages, or game records) is managed under the privacy policies of those platforms and the community's internal rules, and is not collected through this website.
The server hosting this website may maintain standard technical logs solely for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors and are retained for the strictly necessary period, under the exemption provided in Recital 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
This website may use the browser's local storage (localStorage) exclusively to remember interface preferences, such as the open/closed state of sidebar menus. This information remains on the user's device, is not transmitted to any server, and constitutes technical storage exempt from consent under applicable regulations.
The Espectral Client launcher stores Microsoft accounts and tokens, as well as settings, only on the user's own machine. The launcher includes no tracking or analytics of its own and only contacts the services required for its features (Microsoft/Mojang for sign-in, Modrinth for mods, and Discord for activity).
